Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We really hope you never need to cancel or return an order, however we recognise there may be occasions when it is necessary and we will always do our very best to make the experience as pain free as possible.
- We always try and ship your order as soon as we can, normally within 2 working days, so please try and advise us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. Please contact us with your order number, so that we can help you as efficiently as possible.
- All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
- Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
- Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
- We offer 60 days from delivery of your order, for you to return it for an exchange or refund.
- We are fully committed to ensuring that every customer has a first class experience with us and appreciate that not everyone will have received one of our shirts before. To avoid the disappointment of receiving an item that doesn't fit, we recommend that you take a few minutes and carry out the following simple steps, to ensure you get the perfect size you require.
- Find the current favourite shirt, blouse or similar of the person you're buying for and lay it button side down on a flat surface.
- Get a tape measure and measure from the side seam under one armhole to the side seam on the other armhole; shown as measurement A on the sizing guide (the last photo in each product).
- Check that measurement against size guide to know the size that should offer you the best fit. Please note that our products are all hand made and as a result there may be some slight sizing variation between each item.
- If you receive an item that isn't quite 'right', then please contact us as soon as possible, letting us know your order number and why you'd like to return the item.
- Within 1 working day we will reply, letting you know the options we can offer (exchange or refund).
- Once you decide on what you'd like to do, please return the item, including all packaging, tags and a completed returns form (this form is sent out with your order paper work and we will also send you a copy when acknowledging your request to return an item).
- Please securely package and send the parcel to our returns address below. We recommend getting a proof of postage for the package and also you letting us know you've sent the item, so that we can check for it's arrival.

- Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns, so you are responsible for return postage costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, you may also be responsible for any loss in value.
- On receiving the item back, we will send you a message saying we have received it and will endeavour to send out the replacement or process the refund the same day; any replacement or refund will be processed as quickly as possible and in any event within 14 days of receipt of returned item.
