Christmas Shipping - Update 12 December 2022 

 

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ - We have been in contact with Royal Mail Business Support and advised that due to the current service disruption, some postal teams have not been scanning tracked items; all our Royal Mail items are sent on tracked services.  This means that although we have been posting items and notifying customers of tracking numbers, some items are showing as 'Sender preparing item', when checking their status on Royal Mail's online tracking tool, as they have not been scanned upon collection from our warehouse.  We have been assured that all items we have shipped are being processed and that we are unable to provide further information until either the parcel is scanned or an attempted delivery is made.  This is obviously concerning and disappointing, however we have no ability do anything to parcels affected by this issue, but will be monitoring progress over the coming days / weeks.   

Friendly reminder: Due to the current disruption with Royal Mail, we are kindly asking that all customers please provide a contact phone number when placing an order.  This is to help ensure we can contact you quickly and easily should any issue arise.  

If you are placing an order to be sent by courier, you must provide a contact phone number and email address, otherwise we cannot ship the order; any delay that occurs as a result of this information not being provided, we will not be held responsible for.

 

Due to experiencing delays recently with some European and North American orders, we are going to be adding 2 days to the last date that Royal Mail is recommending for parcels to be posted.  We hope this will reduce the risk of disappointment due to items arriving late.

 

If you are needing your order by a particular date, please consider contacting us before ordering so that we can advise on current standard delivery times for your country or consider using a courier service.   

 

We will always do our best to post orders promptly and keep you updated on progress, however we will not accept responsibility for delays that occur after orders are sent.
