Friendly request: Due to the unfortunate issues with postal services over the last few years, we have decided to take a cautious approach again this year and we are kindly asking that all customers please provide a contact phone number when placing an order. This is to help ensure we can contact you quickly and easily should any issue arise.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION IF REQUESTING COURIER DELIVERY SERVICE - If you are placing an order to be sent by courier, YOU MUST PROVIDE A CONTACT NUMBER and email address, otherwise we cannot ship the order; any delay that occurs as a result of this information not being provided, we will not be held responsible for.
If you are needing your order by a particular date, please consider contacting us before ordering so that we can advise on current standard delivery times for your country or consider using a courier service.
We will always do our best to post orders promptly and keep you updated on progress, however we will not accept responsibility for delays that occur after orders are sent.

Standard Terms
- We will always try and ship your goods within 2 working days (typically same day) of receipt of order and if for any reason this isn't possible, we will contact you immediately.
- All goods are shipped using a tracked for service where available.
- Subject to service availability, we will always send you a tracking number for your goods, at the same time as we confirm dispatch. It may take 24 hours after your package is mailed for the post office to update online tracking information.
- If you require your goods urgently or by a particular date, please contact us prior to ordering, so that we can confirm express shipping costs and an estimated delivery date.
- Please check your goods as soon as you can after they arrive and if there are any problems, please contact us immediately.

Duties & Customs
It is a legal requirement for Salamander Shirts Ltd to declare the actual value of goods (excluding shipping charges) contained in all packages sent abroad.
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees imposed by the destination country; any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer.
Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office if you require more specific information. Please note that when ordering online you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
VAT & Taxes
Salamander Shirts operates a fair pricing policy where all customers are all charged the same, regardless of their location, except for the delivery cost.
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees imposed by the destination country; any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer.
We have decided to take a short break over the festive period, with Monday 23 December being our last day in the office. We will reopen again on Friday 27 December. During the time we're closed, we will not be sending out items, but we will be answering the phone and replying to emails.
